About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the technical execution of solution implementations for new and existing customers
- Perform technical planning, software installation, environment configuration, integrations, data exchange, troubleshooting, deployment, and validation
- Identify and escalate non-standard, high-risk, or cross-solution issues
- Complete technical implementation responsibilities within assigned solution areas with limited oversight
- Install, configure, and tune CSI software across customer and hosted environments
- Develop, modify, and validate flat file extracts and data mappings
- Perform database validation, mapping verification, and script execution
- Deliver API and file-based integrations, including authentication, connectivity, data mapping, error handling, testing, and technical certification
- Troubleshoot installation, integration, performance, and data issues and implement resolutions
- Plan and execute deployment and cutover activities, including rollback readiness and post-deployment validation
- Deploy code, configuration packages, or releases to test environments as required
- Translate approved functional requirements into technical environment, configuration, data, connectivity, and integration specifications
- Mentor newer team members and provide QA oversight of technical deliverables
- Communicate and interact with customers and their technical and network staff
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and file specifications
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least four (4) years of relevant work experience in technical implementation, systems integration, data integration, or comparable technical delivery roles
- Proficient SQL skills, including database refresh and restore for test environments
- Working knowledge of scripting
- Working knowledge of secure file transfer
- Working knowledge of API and file-based integration patterns
- Working knowledge of network connectivity
- Working knowledge of server administration
- Education or job knowledge equivalent to college or university undergraduate education in a technical discipline, or equivalent technical experience or certification
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis to support business needs
