About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create training materials for trainers and customers, including slide decks and training documents
  • Assist trainers with instructor-led training sessions, virtual or in-person, based on provided curriculum
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires across various departments
  • Support senior trainers in developing and updating training content and job aids
  • Conduct basic assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and support to employees needing additional guidance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and material preparation
  • Gather learner feedback and report improvement suggestions
  • Assist with hosting live, virtual events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in training, customer service or operations in banking, or related fintech roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, including creating slide decks and training materials
  • Basic understanding of fintech concepts such as digital payments, compliance basics, KYC, or customer operations
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative tasks
  • Visa sponsorship is unavailable; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Preferred: Experience with LMS tools, e-learning platforms, or workflow systems
