About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs
- Map current and future-state processes for order-to-cash and warehouse operations
- Write user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios
- Plan, track, and report on scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and steering discussions with clients and project teams
- Support UAT planning, execution coordination, and defect triage
- Support change management and end-user readiness activities
- Coordinate with ERP functional consultants, developers, and client IT teams
- Deliver signed-off requirements and process maps
- Maintain clear visibility on project scope, risks, and dates
- Coordinate UAT and triage defects on schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager on enterprise projects
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of supply chain operations, including order management, inventory, and warehousing
- Experience with SAP order-to-cash (OTC) and/or warehouse management (WM), or equivalent ERP order-to-cash and warehouse experience
- Strong written and verbal English
- Comfortable working a US Eastern or Central Time overlap schedule
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project
- Based in Latin America; Costa Rica preferred, not required
- SAP certification (SD, MM, EWM, or similar), or PMP, CBAP, or CSM is nice-to-have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is nice-to-have
- Nearshore or remote delivery experience with US clients is nice-to-have
- Prior change management or training coordination experience is nice-to-have
