Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain a communication plan tied directly to SAP project milestones
Write and publish a weekly newsletter as part of a regular communication cadence
Create FAQs, executive toolkits, talking points, and other communications collateral
Manage communication channels including email, SharePoint, intranet, town halls, and video
Translate technical SAP concepts into plain language for plant and manufacturing audiences
Partner with leadership and change champions to cascade key messages
Run engagement sessions and workshops that create two-way feedback
Track communication effectiveness and report on stakeholder sentiment and adoption
Deliver a communication plan and cadence on schedule within the first 90 days
Improve stakeholder awareness and sentiment tracking measurably
Drive active engagement from plant and manufacturing audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years in Organizational Change Management communications, ideally on large-scale ERP implementations
Direct experience with SAP or another major ERP platform in a live implementation
Experience communicating to plant or manufacturing audiences specifically
Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and email-based communication platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Project management skills, with the ability to track and execute communications deliverables
Instructional design skills applied to communication materials
Experience on global or multi-site ERP rollouts
Manufacturing or plant industry background
Familiarity with agile delivery and its impact on communication planning
Change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
