About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the Blue Prism platform, including upgrades, patches, configuration, and overall health
Keep the Control Room running as expected, including schedules, sessions, queues, and bot execution
Develop, debug, and enhance Blue Prism processes and objects
Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for production automations
Troubleshoot incidents, run root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
Lead and mentor RPA developers and support resources, and manage workload and priorities
Manage and prioritize the automation backlog across enhancements, new requests, and break-fix work
Partner with business and technology teams to deliver quality automation on time
Build solutions with ABBYY and other intelligent automation tools
Maintain clear technical and operational documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on Blue Prism development and administration experience
Experience running the Blue Prism Control Room in production
Experience providing L1, L2, and L3 support for automations
Experience leading an RPA or automation team
Experience managing an automation backlog and business relationships
Working knowledge of ABBYY
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Blue Prism certification (Developer or Solution Designer) is nice-to-have
Experience with other intelligent automation or document-processing tools is nice-to-have
Experience upgrading Blue Prism across environments is nice-to-have
Exposure to other RPA platforms is nice-to-have
Documentation and runbook ownership in a support environment is nice-to-have
