About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and architect MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune for iOS and Android devices
Engineer mobile device management solutions for virtual environments
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex MDM deployments
Partner with government clients on MDM strategy and implementation planning
Support user-facing technical issues and act as subject matter expert in client conversations
Document technical specifications, architecture decisions, and best practices
Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and virtual environment solutions
Run technical assessments and deliver optimization recommendations
Produce a documented, well-reasoned MDM architecture
Resolve complex deployment issues and turn solutions into repeatable best practices
Deliver clear tool and optimization recommendations adopted by the client

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizen
Eligible for a U.S. government security clearance
3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Intune MDM for iOS and Android
Demonstrated competency in MDM architecture and design
Hands-on experience with virtual environments and mobile device streaming technologies
Proven engineer-level work, not implementation-focused roles
Commitment to a minimum 1-year engagement
Experience with Hypori or similar virtual mobile workspace solutions (nice-to-have)
Experience managing mobile devices that access government networks (nice-to-have)
Knowledge of mobile security frameworks and compliance requirements (nice-to-have)
Experience with conditional access policies and device compliance management (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with mobile application management (MAM) solutions (nice-to-have)
Technical environment: Microsoft Intune, iOS, Android, virtual mobile workspaces and device streaming, conditional access and device compliance, MAM
