Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct training needs assessments and write course objectives from the results
Interview SMEs and business stakeholders to gather content for blended learning
Design and write instructor-led training materials and eLearning storyboards
Build interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline
Create knowledge checks, tests, and course evaluations
Run content review, revision, and sign-off cycles with stakeholders
Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare internal trainers
Report status, flag issues early, and bring solutions
Design, build, and obtain sign-off for role-based SAP training curriculum
Prepare internal trainers to deliver content through Train-the-Trainer sessions
Establish assessments to measure learner readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on development experience in Articulate Storyline
3+ years working with major ERP systems
2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP modules
Experience training others on instructional design methods or SAP applications, including Train-the-Trainer
Working knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles
Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
S/4HANA project experience (nice-to-have)
Professional services or Big 4 consulting background (nice-to-have)
Classroom training delivery experience (nice-to-have)
Storyboarding and WBT/CBT eLearning development (nice-to-have)
Experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA
Experience with LMS / SCORM publishing
