About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate and collaborate on the design, building, testing and deployment of technology solutions with assigned Agile teams
- Collaborate with domain leadership and enterprise architects to understand business drivers and capabilities and determine solution designs
- Work with subject matter experts to articulate the value and tradeoffs of solution options
- Participate in creating enterprise architecture standards and evaluate delivered solutions for quality and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile team ceremonies
- Produce, enhance, and refine conceptual, logical, and physical solution architecture for strategic initiatives
- Research and identify impacts of existing, new, and emerging technologies and trends
- Participate in governance activities
- Evaluate and resolve domain-specific architecture problems with subject matter experts
- Assist enterprise and solution architects with dependent product architecture
- Leverage existing technology resources through collaboration
- Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls; escalate risk-related issues
- Promote diversity and support the Bank brand
- Maintain internal control standards and implement audit and regulatory points
- Complete other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 year's higher education and/or relevant work experience
- Experience with multiple programming languages
- Ability to work and communicate with various stakeholders at differing levels of the organization
- Experience in software or service engineering and delivery
- Ability to research and apply modern technology trends related to technology initiatives
- Ability to research, evaluate and articulate multiple approaches to solving technical problems
- Experience in developing and integrating applications using relevant software architecture principles and patterns
