About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive new business development across the premium UK hospitality sector, with a core focus on London
- Build, manage and convert a high quality pipeline of premium prospects
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with owners, founders and senior decision makers
- Deliver consultative, insight led sales conversations focused on both commercial and ESG impact

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of proven success in business development within hospitality or a related premium sector
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ability to thrive in a startup-style, fast-moving environment
- Experience working with global hotel operators (nice to have)
- A strong network within the UK hospitality industry (nice to have)
- Experience selling a high-value brand, ideally food/drink (nice to have)
