About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install, repair, and maintain multiple brands of water treatment systems across the district
  • Work closely with the Service Coordinator
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong professional relationships
  • Load and unload the service vehicle
  • Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections
  • Arrange payments from customers
  • Maintain the tool kit and vehicle inventory
  • Perform installations and filter changes
  • Build equipment according to provided specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Class 5 or better driver's license
  • Clean driving record; annual abstract required
  • Criminal record check by RCMP
  • Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs
  • Ability to perform frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking
  • Job task planning and organizing
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo an in-depth background investigation verifying clear criminal history
