Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage human resource information management systems for one or more company-wide technologies.
  • Monitor solution integration and change control processes for technologies or regions in alignment with company policies and application standards.
  • Lead functional design of new technology solutions supporting business requirements.
  • Manage configuration, testing, change control, documentation, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure effective integration with other systems and processes across technologies and regions.
  • Evaluate requested system changes and their impact on the entire system; monitor change-request status.
  • Manage testing and implementation of human resource system patches, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Maintain system functionality, access, and security in compliance with global design, standards, business requirements, and legislation.
  • Ensure resolution of complex user questions and system issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of process documentation and user instructional materials.
  • Monitor metrics to ensure overall operational effectiveness.
  • May lead project implementation or ongoing operations support activities focused on designing, delivering, and maintaining technology-enabled solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Significant relevant work experience required.
  • Human Resource Information Systems experience preferred.
