About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Cupix's EMEA field marketing and event calendar, identifying the right mix of trade shows, industry conferences, owned events, customer events and partner activations
- Develop event strategies and investment recommendations aligned to regional sales priorities, target accounts, industry segments and revenue objectives
- Define event-level objectives, KPIs and pipeline targets and evaluate programme performance
- Serve as Cupix's primary point of contact with exhibition bodies, event organisers, and venue partners across EMEA
- Support the NAMER marketing team on events as needed, remotely or in person
- Own the full lifecycle of EMEA events, from business case to post-event review
- Source and negotiate venues and suppliers, and build agendas and run-of-show
- Coordinate speakers, customers, partners and sponsors, and manage invitations and registration with Sales and Marketing
- Lead onsite delivery, including suppliers, speakers, Cupix staff and logistics
- Run post-event follow-up, including lead handover to Sales, CRM updates and reporting
- Build repeatable EMEA event processes, templates and checklists
- Manage EMEA event assets, demo equipment and branded materials, including shipping, storage, cross-border requirements and inventory tracking
- Coordinate localised event collateral with global design and marketing teams
- Own planning, forecasting and day-to-day management of the EMEA field marketing budget
- Build event-level budget plans, track actuals against forecast, and surface cost risks or surplus
- Manage multi-currency purchase orders, VAT-compliant invoicing, and expense reconciliation
- Track how EMEA events contribute to pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account engagement
- Build and deliver post-event performance packs with revenue attribution and investment recommendations
- Maintain CRM data quality for event-sourced contacts and accurate attribution
- Embed field events into the broader EMEA ABM programme
- Coordinate ABM activation around key EMEA events and execute account-specific engagement
- Partner with EMEA sales to direct investment toward strategically valuable accounts
- Track account-level engagement and contribute data to ABM performance reviews and territory planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-7 years in field marketing, event marketing or B2B demand generation, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Track record of independently running B2B events and field programmes across multiple European markets
- Experience working with Sales to prioritise accounts and turn field activity into qualified pipeline
- Proven budget management, vendor negotiation and ROI measurement
- Strong project management, juggling multiple events, vendors and deadlines at once
- Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience (event leads, attribution, reporting)
- Commercially minded and comfortable working independently
- UK-based, with willingness to travel regularly across EMEA (30-40%)
- Experience in the construction, AEC, proptech, or built environment industries
- Familiarity with account-based marketing principles and ABM tools
