About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directly manage business relationships with key employee assistance program (EAP) partners
  • Develop and implement strategies related to retention and growth
  • Oversee and nurture business relationships with a defined book of partners, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Provide strategic and consultative recommendations to help partner clients maximize the value of EAP and/or wellness programs
  • Develop and implement client-specific engagement strategies for EAP and/or wellness programs
  • Evaluate and refine internal and external program performance to ensure optimal outcomes and partner satisfaction
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CuraLinc's product suite within the partner ecosystem
  • Establish and maintain relationships at all levels within partner organizations
  • Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in partner and partner-client presentations
  • Mentor and develop associates working on client accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ten (10) or more years of partnership management experience in health care, employee benefits or insurance (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, TPA, Carrier, Broker, PBM, Medical Mgmt. Technology, etc.)
  • Stable employment history
  • BS/BA degree
  • Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in the continental United States and Hawaii
  • Full-time availability
