About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day account support for a dedicated group of clients, including VIP and enterprise accounts
  • Participate in virtual meetings
  • Develop communication plans throughout the program year
  • Manage project plans for program development and execution
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Lead as internal project coordinator by maintaining documentation and tracking tasks using the CRM system
  • Gain in-depth understanding of client wellness programs to deliver expert-level support to clients and their members
  • Collaborate with Help Desk and IT teams to fulfill project-based data and reporting needs
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Support onsite events, including biometric screenings and health fairs, as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective Speaking and Communication Skills
  • Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented
  • Team Player with a can-do attitude to find creative solutions
  • Personal Interest in Wellness/Wellbeing a plus
  • Must be located in the continental United States or Hawaii
