About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and maintain overall accountability for assigned accounts
  • Onboard new groups and manage renewals, growth, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Serve as the main contact for employer administrators after account sale
  • Work with the Sales Team, clients’ brokers, employer representatives, and Curative Health Plan department leaders
  • Develop and enhance relationships with assigned clients, brokers, and consultants
  • Monitor service delivery by tracking and analyzing key performance metrics
  • Deliver analytics on Curative’s performance and productivity, including updates on key issues and trends
  • Negotiate renewals
  • Retain and grow the assigned book of business profitably
  • Collaborate with operations, clinical, network, and finance teams
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Coordinate and conduct Open Enrollment meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior-level account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills across a continuum of audiences
  • Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry, business practices, trends, and developments
  • Experience interfacing at all levels internally, with clients, brokers, consultants, and external partners
  • Planning, influencing, leading change, working in a challenging environment, and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in an Account Management role
  • Detailed-oriented with solid organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe
  • State Health, Life and Variable Annuity license
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
