About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maximize client retention and profitability for assigned enterprise key accounts
  • Enhance client satisfaction through excellent service and strategic planning
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants
  • Lead end-to-end new business implementation for enterprise and large employer accounts
  • Identify tools and resources required for implementation and future enhancements
  • Work with brokers and employer groups on onboarding and process improvements
  • Drive successful open enrollment meetings, membership, onboarding, and member engagement
  • Manage client and broker escalations and resolve employer group and member issues
  • Establish continuous process improvement and feedback loops for client and member experience
  • Attend client and broker meetings and exceed service and delivery expectations
  • Drive completion of baseline visits and maximize Curative offerings
  • Align population-health drivers and trends with Curative solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on value propositions, proposals, and strategic initiatives
  • Support revenue growth through contract negotiations, renewals, pricing strategies, and account management
  • Capture customer insights and work with product teams on future offerings and employer group reporting
  • Liaise with Curative leadership on industry and market demands to influence product, technology, and organizational process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of relevant management experience in Health Plan Operations, preferably in employer group health coverage
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Account Management, with a proven track record of success
  • Previous experience managing large, complex, or national clients with 1k+ employees
  • Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry, business practices, trends, and developments
  • Experience interfacing at all levels internally, with clients, brokers, consultants, and external partners
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Planning, influencing, leading change, working in a challenging environment, and multitasking skills
  • Remote position with frequent travel
  • Proficient in working with Google Suites
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Valid State Health and Life License
  • Must have password-protected, stable internet access
  • Work location must be secure, private, and free of distractions to maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; extended hours and weekend work may occasionally be required
  • Expected travel is 25–50% of the time
