About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Offer support to Sales Representatives, Agents, and Customers
- Research and answer questions
- Resolve customer problems, complaints, and requests accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate requests between Supply Chain, Sales, Pricing, Product Management, and Quality departments
- Maintain direct contact with numerous departments and multiple distribution channels
- Ensure correct information is received, captured, and processed
- Complete ongoing training on the company’s products, applications, market strategy, and guidelines
- Work under moderate supervision using measurable performance indicators
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure quick solutions to customer requests
- Use data to drive correct decisions, clarify priorities, and optimize adherence to quick resolution
- Produce measurable results and support continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- A two-year college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Two (+) years of business experience with significant exposure to Customer Service is preferred
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Detail-oriented with strong process, organizational, and oral/written communication skills
- Prior experience and/or willingness to work with team members who are not co-located
- Sound knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet tools
- Familiarity with SAP, QuickBase, Power BI, and Salesforce
