About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development, optimization, and documentation of manufacturing processes
- Work cross-functionally to introduce new products, improve productivity, reduce costs, and coordinate production operations
- Coordinate with design engineering on new product releases and review drawings for producibility and manufacturing readiness
- Perform operational, labor, and methods analyses for time standards, workflow optimization, equipment planning, and productivity improvement
- Evaluate engineering changes and specification updates
- Serve as a technical liaison across program management, finance, design, quality, procurement, inspection, and production teams
- Develop and maintain manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and standard procedures
- Support cost estimation, tooling recommendations, and process requirements for new or existing product lines
- Maintain records and reporting systems to coordinate manufacturing operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 4–6+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience with growing technical responsibility
- Experience supporting new product introduction, producibility reviews, and cross-functional design coordination
- Working knowledge of labor time standards, workflow analysis, and manufacturing cost drivers
- Ability to develop process flow documentation, work instructions, and standard manufacturing procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process accuracy
- Effective communication skills for working across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production or engineering environment
- Commitment to continuous improvement and supporting collaborative manufacturing operations
- Position may require exposure to export-controlled information and additional security screening
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information if required
