About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist IPG team members with research specific to right-of-way and eminent domain matters
  • Gather data and conduct research
  • Track projects and project status
  • Compile data using a variety of applications and websites
  • Respond to appraiser inquiries on research and report data
  • Parse large sets of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Communicate with local government entities and appraisers to obtain confirmation, clarification, or direction on taxes, zoning, and permitting information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Industry related experience
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts including property assessments and taxes
  • Knowledge of zoning and property values
  • Ability to grasp new but basic real estate concepts
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to track and share relevant information with colleagues and the leadership team
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and remove obstacles
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment

  • Must meet applicable U.S. employment requirements for the role
