About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic partner to assigned property management teams across multiple properties
  • Develop relationships with property teams, ownership groups, vendors, and tenant stakeholders
  • Lead planning meetings covering programming, property priorities, tenant engagement, marketing initiatives, and operational objectives
  • Prepare monthly or quarterly reports on engagement metrics, program performance, tenant feedback, budget utilization, and recommendations
  • Provide remote coaching and support to property management, workplace experience, concierge, and security teams
  • Develop and execute customized tenant engagement and community-building strategies
  • Create and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly programming calendars
  • Plan and support events, activations, wellness programs, appreciation initiatives, and community experiences
  • Develop event execution materials, logistics plans, hospitality guidelines, and communications
  • Support tenant onboarding, welcome experiences, leasing tours, client visits, VIP experiences, and hospitality programs
  • Develop and manage tenant communications, newsletters, promotional materials, digital content, and social media content
  • Maintain content across tenant engagement platforms, building applications, websites, and digital channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize engagement across communications and digital platforms
  • Provide remote oversight and support for workplace amenities and shared community spaces
  • Coordinate reservations, bookings, amenity utilization, and operational activities
  • Establish vendor relationships and coordinate vendors for programming and events
  • Assist with budgets, forecasting, expenditure monitoring, KPI tracking, and performance reporting
  • Support Presence platform growth, property onboarding, client transitions, pilot programs, and process improvement
  • Assist with training materials, operational documentation, service standards, and standard operating procedures
  • Travel as required for launches, meetings, training, tours, company events, and client engagements
  • Participate in special projects supporting business development, platform expansion, operational improvements, and client success
  • Perform Workplace Experience Coordinator responsibilities as needed, including event coordination, communications, amenity support, reservations, vendor coordination, and tenant engagement
  • Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, hospitality, and customer service excellence

  • Ability to assist with budget planning, forecasting, tracking, reporting, and KPI measurement
