About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support brokers with test fits, workplace concepts, space studies, and 3D visualizations
  • Manage and coordinate the entire design process, from the initial concept through project handover
  • Lead and manage external architects, specialist planners, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure design quality, budget compliance, schedule adherence, and feasibility
  • Advise clients on workplace strategy, space optimization, interior design, and user requirements
  • Develop and implement AI-enabled processes and digital tools
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure a high standard of planning quality
  • Support projects during the construction phase and coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Assist with tendering, procurement, and the selection of design and construction partners
  • Coordinate material, furniture, and design approvals
  • Contribute to client presentations, pitches, and business development activities
  • Build and maintain a network of architects, engineers, consultants, and industry partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree in architecture, interior architecture, or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in design management, architecture, interior architecture, or project management
  • Experience planning and delivering office construction, fit-out, or commercial real estate projects
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to balance design aspirations with budget, schedule, and implementation requirements
  • Experience managing external architects, specialist planners, and other design partners
  • In-depth knowledge of HOAI, VOB, DIN 276, and the German Civil Code (BGB)
  • Demonstrated construction-site experience and a strong understanding of the execution and delivery of fit-out projects
  • Sound understanding of the practical implementation of design concepts on site, as well as quality, schedule, and cost control
  • Strong affinity for digital solutions and an interest in advancing AI applications in design and planning
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
