About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the delivery of real estate services to client(s), including real estate functions, contracts, negotiations, and transaction services
- Manage and negotiate advanced transactions, including market optimization activities, site identification and selection, LOI and lease terms, and renewals
- Track and monitor day-to-day transaction work
- Coordinate with account leadership to track and report client deliverables
- Manage, review, and approve a large volume of transactions
- Adhere to state real estate agency requirements
- Provide suggestions and best practices for process and technical improvements
- Identify potential issues and take action accordingly
- Collaborate with Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams
- Provide training, onboarding support, and ongoing development for team members
- Manage or execute special projects as assigned
- Provide high-level customer service to clients and vendors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license
- 3+ years relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate; preferably Lease Negotiation
- Solid familiarity with and understanding of lease language and terms, the reconciliation process for Common Area Maintenance, insurance, and real estate taxes
- Proficiency in all applicable software/hardware applications, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong financing, budgeting, and pro forma modeling skills preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skills
- Ability to manage, review, and approve a large volume of transactions simultaneously
- Proven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency by meeting or exceeding deadlines
