About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage the EMEA in-person events calendar, including field events, hosted experiences, sponsored conferences, and activations
  • Define goals, audiences, formats, and success metrics for EMEA markets
  • Evaluate EMEA sponsorships, speaking slots, and event formats
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align events with global campaigns and EMEA audiences
  • Manage vendor coordination, timelines, run-of-show, speaker preparation, and on-the-ground event support
  • Develop event assets and presentations with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales
  • Oversee registration flows, pre-event communications, and attendee experience
  • Run the monthly EMEA webinar end to end, including topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up
  • Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows
  • Execute multi-channel promotion across email, social, and partner channels
  • Ensure lead capture, routing, and follow-up are completed correctly
  • Track pipeline, revenue, deal acceleration, and event engagement
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve ROI and attendee experience
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and scalable workflows
  • Ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting across systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in the UK or Ireland (London or Dublin ideal)
  • 4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Experience running in-person events across formats, ideally across multiple EMEA markets
  • Experience running webinars
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
  • Comfortable with marketing automation tools, including Customer.io and Marketo
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms including Livestorm, Zoom, and Sequel
  • Familiarity with event management tools
  • Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, and event pipeline attribution
  • Ability to partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to troubleshoot data flows and ensure clean reporting
  • Comfortable with 15%+ travel
  • Successful completion of a background check and employment verifications
