About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the annual community and activity strategy, mix, cadence and objectives across markets in consultation with the CCO.
  • Curate senior attendee lists, drive referrals after activities, and grow a compounding network.
  • Execute roundtables, seminars, conferences, webinars, dinners and breakfast sessions across formats and markets.
  • Design, document and improve processes and playbooks.
  • Own and interpret reporting on network growth, pipeline contribution, referral rate and activity quality.
  • Translate community insights into go-to-market priorities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with consultancies, trade advisory firms and software partners.
  • Brief AEs and SDRs with attendee insights and warm introductions and hold them accountable for follow-up.
  • Define and test new formats such as podcasts and partner co-hosted events.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years in B2B community building or executive programs, with clear ownership of strategy, not only execution.
  • Proven network of senior decision-makers and track record of building long-term relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder markets.
  • Experience running multiple activities in parallel across European markets and cultures.
  • Commercial fluency: work from data, set success criteria, and connect activities to pipeline.
  • Strong business sense and analytical ability.
  • Confidence with senior leadership and industry figures; comfortable challenging the status quo and holding others accountable.
  • Experience with account-based marketing or demand generation is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of customs, logistics or finance is a bonus.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch, German or French are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, role-shaping environment.
