About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement highly scalable, fault-tolerant solutions protecting enterprise data across public clouds, SaaS applications, and AI agents
- Build security capabilities providing visibility into and control over how AI agents discover, access, process, and share sensitive enterprise data
- Solve real-world scaling problems through performance analysis and troubleshooting
- Work with a modern microservices-based stack including Go, Kubernetes, Bigtable, BigQuery, Spanner, Redis, and Docker
- Write robust, secure-by-design software that withstands real-world attacks while processing untrusted data and communicating with hundreds of thousands of internet endpoints
- Serve as an early contributor with substantial impact on product architecture
- Collaborate frequently with distributed teams across Europe, India, and the US
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of industry experience building high-scale security products
- Experience in data security highly preferred
- Experience building AI agents, agentic applications, or security solutions for AI agents
- Familiarity with agent frameworks, tool calling, MCP, and securing agent access to enterprise data highly preferred
- Extensive experience developing distributed applications for public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) or SaaS applications
- Skill integrating and ingesting large-scale data from third-party SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS APIs
- Extensive experience developing enterprise-scale applications, preferably in Go; alternatively proficiency in Python, Java, or Rust
- Familiarity with GCP Bigtable, BigQuery, Neo4j, or AWS Neptune is a plus
- Expertise profiling and optimizing distributed code interacting with large databases and streaming platforms
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Hands-on knowledge of microservices and Kubernetes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across Europe, India, and the US
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship, for US candidates
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in development
