About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the technical relationship for assigned customer accounts
  • Maintain end-to-end knowledge of customer architecture, deployment, configuration, policies, and integrations
  • Partner with customers and Customer Experience teams on onboarding, rollout, agent deployment, policy design, and phased adoption
  • Build stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
  • Run regular check-ins and business reviews covering technical health, adoption, risk, and goals
  • Monitor account health, agent coverage, and usage patterns; identify gaps and recommend optimizations
  • Create and drive technical success plans aligned with customer objectives and Cyberhaven capabilities
  • Guide customers through upgrades, feature rollouts, OS releases, MDM/GPO changes, and infrastructure changes
  • Advise on SIEM, SOAR, and UEBA integrations
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve complex issues across endpoint agents, cloud/SaaS integrations, and platform configuration
  • Reproduce customer issues and document replication steps for Engineering and Development
  • Own critical escalations, drive prioritization, and keep customers informed through resolution
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive preventive follow-ups
  • Coordinate customer feedback and feature requests with Product, Development, and Operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally as the customer expert
  • Support Customer Success and Sales on renewals, expansions, and risk mitigation
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, playbooks, and best-practice resources
  • Report to the Manager of Technical Account Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of hands-on EDR/DLP endpoint experience
  • Expertise with DLP, Insider Threat, and CASB solutions
  • 3+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Support, or similar customer-facing technical role
  • Demonstrated ability to own customer technical outcomes from implementation through steady-state operation
  • Hands-on experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting SaaS-based security and/or endpoint agent technologies
  • Proven experience resolving escalated technical customer issues and working directly with engineering teams
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, including managing multiple accounts and priorities, setting timelines, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Practical knowledge of networking, security products, and enterprise network infrastructure
  • Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux, including SCCM, GPO, Intune, registry configuration, PowerShell scripting, MDM, application management, and basic terminal skills
  • Software debugging skills, including reading and searching logs, running diagnostic scripts, and process management
  • Knowledge of system software design, including services, drivers, and agents
  • Based in EST timezone to support customers
  • Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and UEBA is desired
  • Prior TAM or similar proactive account-owning experience at a security or SaaS company is desired
  • L2/L3 or Escalation Engineering background for EDR or DLP tools is a plus
