About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary project manager for the FedRAMP program and global expansion initiatives
  • Partner with the Federal leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders within the GTM PMO
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deadlines across FedRAMP workstreams and expansion projects
  • Flag risks and slipped milestones early so leadership can act
  • Attend meetings and working sessions, take detailed notes and minutes, and distribute decisions, action items, and next steps
  • Follow up with owners across teams to keep deliverables on track and information current
  • Identify key stakeholders for each global expansion market and gather regular updates
  • Consolidate stakeholder updates into clear status reports for leadership
  • Coordinate requests, documentation, and handoffs across internal teams working with government entities
  • Establish and maintain project management processes, templates, and tools such as Asana
  • Keep projects, timelines, and statuses accurately tracked to provide real-time visibility
  • Support adjacent initiatives, including FedRAMP offsite planning and other work outside a traditional project management scope

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in project coordination, program management, or a similar administrative coordination role
  • Early-career candidates with strong coordination skills are welcome
  • Track record of keeping multiple projects on schedule and following through under shifting priorities
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute shared initiatives
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including taking meeting notes and minutes, tracking action items, and keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to be direct and follow up with stakeholders who have differing priorities
  • Comfortable working with project management tools such as Asana to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple stakeholders into clear plans, timelines, and status updates for audiences at all levels
  • Self-motivated and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a willingness to jump in on tasks outside a traditional project management scope
  • Based in or near St. Louis, willing to work in the office regularly and travel once or twice a quarter
  • Previous experience supporting FedRAMP authorization efforts, federal cybersecurity programs, or government-focused technology initiatives (preferred)
  • Experience working with federal agencies, government contractors, or technology companies expanding into the U.S. public sector (preferred)
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP authorization processes, including security assessments, evidence collection, remediation tracking, and coordination with Third-Party Assessment Organizations (3PAOs) (preferred)
  • Experience supporting government market entry, regulatory readiness, or international expansion initiatives (preferred)
