About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization and advocate for customer needs
- Lead technical onboarding for new customers in collaboration with internal teams
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Serve as a strategic advisor and partner with company leadership to ensure executive engagement
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities
- Work with Product teams to educate customers, drive product adoption, and inform new product decisions
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles to customer success
- Use self-paced training resources to support customer education and knowledge growth
- Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding onward
- Lead strategy sessions, architecture deep dives, training, and formal QBR meetings
- Collect and structure client feedback, track health and usage indicators, and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize requests
- Develop and implement repeatable customer processes to maximize product adoption and customer achievement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles, including Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solution Architect, Solution Engineering, Technical Support, or Customer Success Engineer
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution
- Extensive experience providing Cyber/Identity solutions to big enterprise customers
- Experience interfacing with technical end customers, including IT practitioners, Developers, DevOps, and Identity & Security Teams
- Experience increasing customer satisfaction, adoption rates, and retention
- Experience building and operating in an early-stage company — highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ownership of customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive outcomes
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level
