About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and scale the EMEA events centre of excellence with standard processes, planning timelines, templates, budget and approval workflows, vendor frameworks and quality benchmarks
  • Support regional Field Marketing and Partner Marketing managers with event operations, agency access and best practices
  • Track event pipeline, opportunity creation and acceleration, cost per opportunity and account coverage; conduct portfolio reviews and report ROI findings to marketing and sales leadership
  • Select, negotiate with and manage event, production, creative and video agencies across EMEA
  • Build a preferred-supplier model to improve quality, speed and cost efficiency
  • Partner with video teams to create short-form event content for social and web
  • Align event messaging, follow-up and pipeline handoff across marketing and sales functions
  • Create and lead a branded Cyera EMEA road show and build regional customer, prospect and partner communities
  • Lead or support the EMEA Customer Advisory Board and executive briefing centre programmes
  • Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing events team
  • Introduce new event formats, technology and AI-enabled approaches for personalisation, attendee insights and ROI analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in B2B event or field marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, data or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven experience running a high-volume, multi-format events programme across EMEA, including conferences, trade shows, roundtables and executive events
  • Experience creating branded, repeatable event series, such as road shows, that build regional communities across multiple markets, including partner forums
  • Strong analytical skills, including hands-on Salesforce reporting, to tie events to pipeline and revenue and make clear scale, pivot or cut recommendations
  • Experience managing and negotiating with agencies and vendors across multiple EMEA markets
  • Experience working with video and content teams to produce fast-turnaround event content for social and web
  • Experience delivering executive briefings, EBCs or customer advisory boards, working with global and regional stakeholders
  • A track record of building scalable processes and operating models, not just delivering individual events
  • Confidence engaging senior and C-level customers, prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales and global teams without formal authority
  • Budget ownership and strong financial discipline
  • The ambition and ability to build and lead a team as the function grows
  • Creativity, high energy and a team mindset
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA
