About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical and strategic bridge between Cyera Identity and prospects and customers
Develop deep command of the Cyera Identity platform
Lead technical discovery, assess customer environments, and design end-to-end solutions across cloud, identity, and security programs
Deliver technically rigorous demos and workshops for technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers
Partner with Sales leadership on strategic pursuits, shaping strategy and building bespoke prototypes/POCs
Guide evaluation criteria toward successful outcomes
Translate customer needs into actionable Product insights and influence roadmap priorities
Equip partners with technical know-how, patterns, and enablement materials
Create reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable assets for GTM and CS teams
Support both pre-sales deal architecture and post-sales deployment, rollout, and capability feedback with live customers
Collaborate with Sales, Product, executive leadership, founders, and as needed R&D

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical depth from customer-facing, engineering or product roles
Demonstrated ability to get deeply technical and explain complex systems simply to varied audiences, from IAM leaders to C-suite decision-makers
Background in Cybersecurity and/or Identity strongly preferred
Experience with IAM/PAM, secrets management, and/or cloud security is a plus
Proven experience designing architectures, building POCs, and producing crisp technical collateral, including reference designs and playbooks
Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and, as needed, R&D
Strong customer empathy and bias for action
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Confidence leading strategic conversations and aligning diverse stakeholders
US-based; East Coast/Eastern Time preferred
Willingness to travel to customers and events as needed
