About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead security programs and initiatives throughout their lifecycle, from scoping through launch and closure
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps with milestones, task owners, and dependencies
  • Monitor risks, issues, and key decisions and escalate concerns with mitigation strategies
  • Drive execution by asking critical technical questions
  • Partner with Security, IT, Engineering, GRC, Procurement, and Legal
  • Coordinate US and Tel Aviv teams, including vendor and partner workstreams
  • Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide the CISO and leadership with status, risks, and required decisions
  • Prepare updates, dashboards, and briefings
  • Read and summarize technical documents and design materials
  • Define intake, prioritization, and tracking for security work
  • Establish planning and reporting cadences
  • Create templates and standards for adoption by other teams
  • Help shape the growth of the project management function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects
  • Experience ideally in a fast-moving, cloud-based company
  • Background in cybersecurity, software development, or cloud infrastructure
  • Security program background strongly preferred
  • Technical depth to understand security concepts and terminology and engage in design and deployment conversations
  • Ability to run cross-functional projects without direct authority and hold people to commitments
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level status reporting
  • Self-starter able to build structure and process where little exists
  • Experience managing initiatives across cybersecurity, IT, and engineering preferred
  • Proficiency with agile frameworks and project management tools
  • Jira board configuration and Kanban workflow optimization
  • Professional project management certification such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile credential preferred
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across geographically distributed teams and time zones preferred
  • Ability to leverage modern AI tools for project planning, progress tracking, and status reporting preferred
