About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead security programs and initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial scoping to final launch and closure
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps identifying milestones, task owners, and critical dependencies
  • Monitor risks, issues, and key decisions, escalating concerns with mitigation strategies
  • Drive execution by asking critical technical questions and ensuring initiatives reach completion
  • Partner with Security, IT, Engineering, GRC, Procurement, and Legal to align priorities and unblock work
  • Coordinate US and Tel Aviv teams, including vendor and partner workstreams
  • Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide the CISO and leadership with status, risks, and required decisions
  • Prepare updates, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and stakeholders
  • Read and summarize technical documents and design materials
  • Define intake, prioritization, and tracking for security work
  • Establish planning and reporting cadences
  • Create templates and standards for project management
  • Help shape the growth of the project management function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects, ideally in a fast-moving, cloud-based company
  • Background in cybersecurity, software development or cloud infrastructure; a security program background is strongly preferred
  • Enough technical depth to understand security concepts and terminology, form your own opinions and engage in design and deployment conversations
  • Proven ability to run cross-functional projects without direct authority and hold people to commitments
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level status reporting
  • Self-starter who can build structure and process where little exists
  • Proven track record of managing initiatives across cybersecurity, IT, and engineering
  • Proficiency with agile frameworks and project management tools, including Jira board configuration and Kanban workflow optimization
  • Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile credentials)
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives across geographically distributed teams and time zones
  • Adept at leveraging modern AI tools to optimize project planning, progress tracking, and status reporting
