About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic initiatives end to end by defining scope, goals, success metrics, timelines, and resourcing
Manage a portfolio of projects, including dependencies, status, and prioritization support
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and align executives and contributors on scope, timing, and accountability
Build KPIs and dashboards and provide status updates and executive briefings on progress, risks, and results
Identify and escalate risks and issues to keep initiatives on track
Document new processes, train teams, and drive change adoption
Establish project management templates, governance, and tooling across CYPFER
Report to the VP of PMO and partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Legal, and other groups

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience in project or program management, including leading cross-functional business initiatives
Proven record of delivering process improvement or operational efficiency projects with measurable results
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook
Strong analytical skills, including process mapping, KPI development, and data-driven recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders
Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting priorities
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Willing and able to work onsite at the Allen, TX office 3 days per week
PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification preferred
Experience with Scoro or a comparable professional services automation (PSA) platform preferred
Experience in the cybersecurity industry or another professional services business preferred
Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training preferred
