About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day Time Services Delivery operations by compiling and entering time and attendance data and reconciling errors
Maintain accurate and complete time and attendance records
Ensure relevant HR data is correct and complete
Ensure compliance with legislation, data privacy, protection guidelines, and other relevant guidelines across identified geographies
Perform country-specific data consistency checks
Follow the payroll calendar and prepare necessary payroll inputs
Support NFCM and HR controls
Resolve time and attendance queries and issues within established time frames
Escalate unresolved requests and issues to IT or the Time Services Unit Lead
Perform core time and attendance technology activities and business-as-usual tasks
Highlight exceptions and deviations
Extract regular and ad hoc reports for payroll and other divisions
Identify and gather system enhancements and change requests and coordinate with IT and global support teams
Support project teams in defining requirements, designing, and validating system setup in compliance with local legislation and regulations
Ensure Time Services Delivery performance metrics and KPIs are met
Contribute to and support People Services & Solutions projects
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferred 3 to 6 years’ experience in Time Services operation on a Time Solution platform
3-6 years background in HR Services either in Payroll-Time or HR Technology as added plus
Experience of working in project within a global organization
Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects is a plus
WD/SAP system knowledge is advantage
Very good knowledge of German and English
Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
