About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce quality graphic and presentation designs through layout, design, and production activities
- Design layouts for printed training materials, online and digital training courses, and videos
- Generate and manipulate graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into consolidated programs
- Support instructional designers and subject matter experts from sales, technical services, and marketing in finalizing training programs
- Develop instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, classroom PowerPoint presentations, assessments, online courses, videos, and on-screen graphics
- Apply creative layout solutions to training materials and presentation slides
- Re-create or reinterpret diagrams and frameworks used in training materials
- Manage assigned projects within specified timelines and with minimal supervision
- Ensure Instructional Design team materials align with instructional design and brand standards
- Evaluate and escalate project and product risks when appropriate
- Develop print and electronic promotional materials and coordinate information gathering and approvals
- Create support materials in various publishing media formats
- Present media design concepts to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate projects with internal customers and follow up on details through completion
- Collaborate with Technical Services and product marketing teams on graphic content
- Produce high-impact product materials
- Create logos, illustrations, and photo manipulations/corrections
- Perform additional graphic services and projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced knowledge of graphic art standards, proofreading, and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Advanced graphic design skills
- Broad knowledge of graphic art standards and equipment
- Advanced understanding and application of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams and establish positive working relationships
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced open-concept environment with distractions
- Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity
- 4–7 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Design, or Technical Graphics
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
