Key responsibilities & impact

Design, prototype, implement, test, and troubleshoot programs independently
Collaborate with users to interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications
Apply SDLC methodologies
Conduct QA and integration testing
Manage assigned tasks and provide regular updates
Perform work using relational databases and programming languages
Strengthen understanding of functional areas and business processes
Resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision
Contribute to cross-functional projects
Participate in team projects supporting business needs
Work directly with management to address issues
Report to the Manager, Systems / Director, IT

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience
BA/BS Degree in MIS/Computer Science (may consider equivalent experience with certifications)
Solid Functional/ERP Applications experience
Intermediate SQL skills
Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript
Familiarity with HTML, web, and cloud applications
Experience with change management tools and systems
Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications
Strong analytical and communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Sound judgment and professional integrity
Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
May be required to work outside standard office hours and participate in an on-call schedule
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
