Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead market intelligence and competitive benchmarking by collecting and analyzing economic, industry, customer and competitor information
  • Identify opportunities, risks and emerging trends
  • Develop business insights, forecasts and predictive models for strategic planning, product portfolio, sales, aftersales, pricing, dealer development and go-to-market decisions
  • Design and maintain advanced analytics, dashboards, data visualizations and predictive solutions
  • Analyze truck concentration, customer segments and geographic potential to identify underserved markets and growth opportunities for trucks, parts and services
  • Conduct and coordinate market research with internal stakeholders and third parties
  • Support product introductions, portfolio optimization, pricing and customer experience improvements
  • Present strategic insights, business cases and competitive intelligence to management forums, committees, dealer network and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Experience in automotive/commercial vehicles, business intelligence, market research, data analytics, forecasting and predictive modeling
