About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support day-to-day operations, maintenance efforts, and user requests in accordance with SLAs
Identify and quantify business system improvement opportunities
Prioritize, plan, implement, and validate system improvements
Support requirements gathering, design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical business systems
Support Salesforce and Five9 systems
Improve operational efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes through system solutions
Investigate, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve system, process, and data-related issues
Document business processes, requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and system configurations
Participate in system implementations, enhancements, testing, UAT, and production deployments
Support data management and reporting-related activities
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels and cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Information Technology
Prefer 2–4 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with enterprise business applications, including CRM, contact center, workflow, reporting, or other operational systems
Ability to learn new technologies, business processes, and industry concepts quickly
Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives, projects, and support requests
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience or familiarity with gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve system, process, and data-related issues
Experience documenting business processes, requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and system configurations
Familiarity with system implementations, enhancements, testing activities, UAT, and production deployments
Understanding of data management principles and reporting concepts
Microsoft 365 High Proficiency

Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check
Exceptional candidates might have Lean Six Sigma, Salesforce, or Five9 certifications
Exceptional candidates might have Salesforce or Five9 support experience, system implementation experience, system integration/API/middleware experience, Agile/Scrum/Lean experience, and end-user training/documentation experience
