About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive fleet adoption, growth, and satisfaction with Excelerator, DTNA’s aftermarket eCommerce platform
  • Support Senior Digital Fleet Specialists with onboarding new fleets
  • Participate in fleet meetings, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders
  • Prepare detailed information for new fleet account setups
  • Support and/or prepare training sessions and communications for fleets and dealers
  • Create and continuously improve customer-facing marketing, training, and communication materials
  • Gather feedback from National Account Managers, District Parts Managers, dealers, and fleets
  • Identify improvement opportunities and refine enhancements with IT and business stakeholders
  • Monitor competing digital solutions
  • Perform sprint testing and user acceptance testing of new functionality
  • Support rollout plans for new functionality
  • Monitor new functionality success through reporting and fleet/dealer feedback sessions
  • Provide day-to-day support to assigned Excelerator fleets
  • Troubleshoot issues and requests, analyze root causes, identify trends, and recommend resolutions
  • Partner with ADX-Integration and ADX-IT to investigate recurring failures, issues, and system errors
  • Participate in regular business reviews with assigned fleet customers to drive utilization, satisfaction, and long-term engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business management, marketing or another related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Background in customer service and/or technical support
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Tableau or other data reporting tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Excelerator.com, PartsProX, SAP Hybris/Commerce, and Jira may be advantageous
  • Experience with fleet management systems may be advantageous
  • Knowledge of fleet procurement and payment processes may be advantageous
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies, system integrations, and web services may be advantageous
  • Experience with Agile methodology may be advantageous
  • Experience with Jira or other project management tools may be advantageous
  • Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States at the time of application
  • Not open to visa sponsorship or existing visa holders
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • May be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
