About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end delivery of IT and data initiatives
Assist with IT projects and development tasks by gathering user requirements, mapping current and future workflows, creating basic wireframes/mockups, and collecting/validating data
Support AI initiatives by designing, prototyping, and iterating AI assistants and agents
Translate business problems into agent workflows, including intents, conversation paths, escalation/hand-off, and success criteria
Draft and refine prompts, system instructions, and tool-use patterns
Build prototypes using tools such as Copilot Studio
Experiment with OpenAI, Claude, and Bedrock LLM platforms for comparison testing and prompt strategy
Identify source documents and FAQs and prepare content for retrieval-based experiences
Create test plans and conduct structured evaluations for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Execute functional test cases for new and AI-assisted features and document results
Validate AI outputs and help tune responses
Write and maintain project and operational documentation, including requirements, data flows, application logic, dependencies, and SOPs
Contribute to AI documentation, including use cases, prompt patterns, and evaluation results
Collaborate with business analysts, technical analysts, developers, data engineers, data scientists, and business partners
Support project tracking with status updates and action items
Assist with IT service management by monitoring and managing support tickets, including triage, routing, communication, and follow-up
Support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher from an accredited college/university OR have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June)
Analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify patterns, solve problems, and support data-driven decisions
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Experience with data visualization; Power BI preferred
Database/query familiarity with SQL and/or Oracle
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint)
Understanding of generative AI concepts, including prompting, context windows, hallucinations, and grounding
Ability to evaluate AI output quality and iterate toward improvement
Awareness of responsible AI considerations, including privacy, security, sensitive data handling, and bias
Experience with Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio preferred
Familiarity with Claude or comparable LLMs and differences in behavior/strengths preferred
Basic automation concepts, such as Power Automate or similar
Areas of study in Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Solid organizational skills

Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
