About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support implementation, testing, and maintenance of advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 solutions
- Assist with deployment and support of machine vision systems, industrial cameras, smart sensors, and automated inspection equipment
- Support integration with production equipment, Manufacturing Control Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and other manufacturing technologies
- Participate in automation projects involving robotics, smart manufacturing equipment, and connected factory solutions
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze manufacturing data
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Support data analytics, database management, data integration, and data quality activities
- Assist with AI-enabled manufacturing solutions, predictive analytics, computer vision, and Industrial IoT initiatives
- Troubleshoot manufacturing software, automation systems, and connected devices
- Gather requirements and support projects with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, IT, and Controls teams
- Participate in pilot programs, process improvement initiatives, technology deployments, testing, training, and project tracking
- Document system configurations, procedures, technical solutions, and lessons learned
- Identify process improvement opportunities through automation, analytics, and technology solutions
- Assist with root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
- Stay current on emerging manufacturing technologies, AI applications, automation trends, and Industry 4.0 best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical field
- 0–2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in manufacturing technology, automation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated ability for self-learning and independent exploration of new technical concepts
- Adaptable and comfortable working with evolving technologies and business priorities
- Up to 10% domestic travel
- An attached resume is required
