About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary interface between the DCNA sales team, coach manufacturing plants, and product development/engineering teams in Europe
- Support accurate documentation and processing of vehicle specifications, production orders, and related sales order activity
- Work with Sales Managers to align technical vehicle specifications with customer requirements
- Monitor production timelines, build slots, order changes, and factory inquiries to support timely and accurate vehicle delivery
- Maintain vehicle order records and documentation in SAP and related order files
- Submit, track, and monitor vehicle compliance documentation
- Submit yearly vehicle certification packages with EPA and CARB and support overall vehicle regulatory compliance for the U.S. market
- Prepare regular updates and reporting on production orders, sales activity, product updates, and market developments
- Conduct market research on the North American motorcoach market, including trends, segments, regions, and competitive activity
- Support U.S. product development by turning market, field staff, and customer feedback into actionable product update recommendations
- Coordinate across sales, product management, engineering, logistics, and manufacturing stakeholders
- Resolve order and product questions and help translate customer and market requirements into accurate vehicle specifications and internal processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- Five years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, product management, or a related business-to-business environment required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM platforms, and related order management tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities accurately and efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional customer service etiquette
- High level of accountability, integrity, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Attached resume required
- German language skills are an exceptional candidate qualification
- Experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, motorcoach, or capital equipment industry is an exceptional candidate qualification
- Technical knowledge or education related to mechanical engineering, commercial vehicles, or similar fields is an exceptional candidate qualification
- Global manufacturing experience is an exceptional candidate qualification
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States at the time of application
- Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check
- Final candidate may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
