About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for engineering-based projects
  • Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing, and/or commissioning for new infrastructure, facilities, and equipment
  • Monitor progress and performance against project plans
  • Resolve operational problems and minimize delays
  • Identify, develop, and gather resources needed to complete projects
  • Prepare engineering standards, designs, and work specifications
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors
  • Lead projects or processes as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge and expanded professional experience in the job field
  • Understanding of key business drivers
  • Ability to coordinate PAR projects and run a cross-functional core team
  • Ability to use cPlace to plan, manage, and document project status
  • Communication skills to present project updates and challenges to management
  • Ability to facilitate project-level budget planning and updates
  • Ability to work independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexity
  • Ability to provide informal guidance to new team members
  • Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States at the time of application
  • Must successfully complete a criminal background check
  • May be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
  • No visa sponsorship or existing visa holders accepted
