About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze data from dealers, customers, technicians, and other sources to identify trends and potential root causes
- Support development of summary reports and dashboards to communicate findings and highlight key issues
- Use analytics tools for forecasting, trend analysis, and identifying cost drivers such as parts and labor
- Assist in evaluating cost exposure and reliability data for risk assessment and portfolio optimization
- Identify outliers in repair activity and support tools that detect additional opportunities or risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver insights supporting decision-making and continuous improvement
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher or recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June)
- Pursuing or received a degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Science, Statistics, Economics, and Data analytics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid Organizational Skills
- Creative mindset
- Ability to work on individual projects and in a team environment
- Comfortable presenting to groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge or experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge or experience with SQL
- Knowledge of database systems; Hana or Snowflake preferred
- Statistical programming with R, Python, etc. is a plus
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States at the time of application
- Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check
- Final candidate may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
- Not open to Visa sponsorship or existing Visa holders
