About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a development role preparing for future Regional Sales Manager opportunities
- Support Sales Operations and Sales Administration with vehicle specifications, quotations, sales offers, order administration, production/order tracking, CRM updates, reporting, and sales documentation/compliance
- Build understanding of the coach sales process from customer inquiry through delivery and handover
- Assist with vehicle delivery preparation and customer handovers
- Ensure delivery paperwork and documentation accuracy/completeness
- Track, move, and coordinate check-in/check-out of demo vehicles
- Support Marketing and Product Management initiatives, including customer events, trade shows, product launches, market/competitive research, sales materials, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records and files in company systems
- Support continuous improvement of sales and administrative processes
- Develop and maintain technical product knowledge
- Support cross-functional projects and emerging priorities across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, or 4–6 years in lieu of degree, is required
- Strong interest in sales, customer relations, commercial vehicles, and business development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn CRM and ERP systems
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
- High level of integrity, professionalism, honesty, and accountability
- Willingness to travel as required for customer visits, trade shows, product training, vehicle deliveries/handovers, demo moves, and sales events
- Valid driver's license
- Legal eligibility to obtain and maintain a CDL within a specified period of employment
- Attached resume required

- Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check
- Final candidate may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
