About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development of vocational product marketing content for dealers and internal stakeholders, including feature and benefit messaging, sell sheets, product/webinar slides, training module content, and related collateral
- Support development of product presentations and present, including product walkarounds, to key stakeholders as needed
- Provide project management support for industry trade show planning and execution
- Support procurement and creation of product visuals, drawings, and animations by engaging engineering, brand management, IT Digital Experience, and marketing agencies
- Drive marketability of new product options via SpecPro/data book through review and development of clear, compelling data code descriptions
- Develop and execute SpecPro content strategy for Product Info sections, including technical details, images, compatibility information, matrices, and links to Technical Resource Guide content
- Support execution of digital tool strategy and management of content across brand websites, dealer-facing tools, and apps
- Support oversight of product messaging and segment positioning in social media channels
- Collaborate with segment strategy and platform strategy teams on customer, market, competitor, and product-update insights
- Support marketing truck strategy development and spec development with Product Marketing Strategists, Segment Strategy, Brand Marketing, and DTNA Vocational Sales teams
- Represent DTNA at trade shows and other industry events
- Act as point of contact for sales, dealers, customers, TEMs, and other stakeholders regarding current and released product information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience developing marketing, sales, training, or product-related content; or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience creating presentations, training materials, sales collateral, webinar content, or similar communications
- Experience supporting digital content management across websites, applications, or other communication channels
- Ability to analyze and communicate technical product information to various audiences
- Experience in commercial vehicles, trucking, vocational trucks, automotive, transportation, manufacturing, or a related industry
- Product marketing or technical marketing experience
- Experience supporting dealer networks or channel sales organizations
- Experience creating technical product documentation, data books, specification content, or product information systems
- Experience working with product visuals, engineering drawings, animations, or technical illustrations
- Experience supporting trade shows, industry events, product launches, or customer demonstrations
- Knowledge of vocational truck applications, equipment integration, or truck specifications
- Familiarity with social media product messaging and digital marketing channels
- Experience analyzing customer, market, and competitive insights
- Experience working with product configurators, specification tools, or product information management systems
- Experience serving as a subject matter resource for sales teams, dealers, customers, or other stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical products
- Experience using AI to increase efficiency
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country the position is located in
- Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check
- Final candidate may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
