About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for reconciliation challenges and discrepancy resolution
  • Investigate and resolve high-priority, time-sensitive, or non-standard administrative challenges for U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Collaborate across internal departments to maintain continuity
  • Conduct detailed audits of work processed by the NASC team
  • Provide real-time process guidance to the NASC team
  • Deliver training sessions to new and existing NASC team members on wholesale processes
  • Analyze escalation trends and recommend process improvements
  • Process incoming check payments and apply them to designated wholesale accounts
  • Manage secure physical inventory of Manufacturer’s Certificates of Origin and titles
  • Release MSOs and titles upon full payoff of corresponding accounts
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and regression testing for system enhancements and releases
  • Assist with special projects, reports, and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a Bachelors Degree
  • Typically requires 2-4 years of relevant experience or 6 years experience in lieu of degree
  • Requires working knowledge and expanded professional experience in job field
  • Requires understanding of key business drivers
  • Works independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexity
  • Provides informal guidance to new team members
  • May lead projects or processes as required
  • 2+ years customer service experience (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in accounting, payment processing, compliance or operational workflows
  • Strong analytical and training skills

  • Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check
