About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own paid acquisition across Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads, including strategy, execution, budget allocation, pacing, and optimization
  • Scale investment based on customer acquisition results rather than platform-reported performance alone
  • Build and manage an experimentation program across creative, messaging, audiences, offers, and landing pages
  • Define hypotheses, baselines, success metrics, and guardrails before launching tests
  • Document learnings from successful, failed, and inconclusive tests and guide future iterations
  • Develop campaign concepts and acquisition ideas grounded in customer understanding and performance data
  • Identify patterns across campaigns and markets and test insights before broad rollout
  • Work with sales to connect marketing activity to lead quality, qualified pipeline, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and payback
  • Build and optimize HubSpot segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, routing, lifecycle reporting, and attribution
  • Maintain reliable conversion tracking and improve follow-up and funnel performance
  • Use AI and automation to analyze datasets, identify opportunities, automate reporting, and reduce manual work
  • Validate automated outputs and implement safeguards around campaign and budget changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing large paid media budgets
  • Track record of scaling acquisition and improving measurable business results
  • Deep expertise in Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • High proficiency in HubSpot
  • Hands-on execution experience, not just agency oversight or report review
  • Strong experimental and statistical judgment
  • Substantial creative A/B testing experience
  • Understanding of sample size, uncertainty, conversion lag, correlation, and causation
  • Demonstrated practical AI fluency using agents and AI-assisted tools such as Claude, Codex, or comparable systems
  • Experience using AI to analyze data, automate work, or build useful workflows
  • Judgment to validate AI outputs
  • Comfort working with complex datasets and troubleshooting workflows
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar tools quickly
  • Comfort using technical tools to solve marketing problems
  • Ownership, ambition, and intellectual curiosity
  • Nice to have: SEO, Reddit Ads, or other acquisition channels beyond Meta and Google
  • Nice to have: automation, APIs, SQL, scripting, or AI-enabled data analysis
