About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary advisor and relationship owner for condo/co-op boards
- Lead board meetings and provide strategic guidance on building operations, budgets, and capital projects
- Oversee day-to-day building performance across operations, staffing, vendors, and resident experience
- Partner with internal Daisy teams across facilities, compliance, finance, and projects

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of Westchester County condo/co-op property management experience
- Strong experience working directly with boards, residents, and high-touch buildings
- Deep understanding of Westchester County building operations, vendors, staffing, and compliance
- Strong financial acumen, including budgets, reporting, reserves, and capital planning
- Experience managing capital projects and Local Law compliance
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability across stakeholders
- Calm under pressure, highly organized, and strong ownership mentality
