Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the engineering team building Scout
Build and update financial models inside Excel using Daloopa's audit-ready, hyperlinked data
Continue hands-on development, including rapidly prototyping with AI coding tools
Provide technical leadership through design and code reviews
Set and uphold standards for execution, code quality, and operational readiness
Ship and operate reliable client-facing ML/LLM products
Own the product roadmap with Product and cross-functional stakeholders
Make tradeoffs among scope, quality, and timelines
Improve engineering practices across teams through incident reviews, standards, tooling, and knowledge sharing
Build trust and strong working relationships across Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and clients
Hire, develop, and retain strong engineers
Build healthy, accountable, continuously improving teams

Requirements
